Job Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Duties

• Mount and dismount tires on passenger and light truck vehicles
• Balance wheels using electronic balancing equipment
• Perform tire rotations and flat tire repairs
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and tread depth
• Install and remove seasonal tire sets
• Operate pneumatic tools and tire changing machines
• Maintain clean and organized shop area
• Advise customers on tire selection and maintenance
• Complete work orders and maintain service records
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions

• Physically demanding
• Standing and lifting all day
• Exposure to noise and vehicle fumes
