Job Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• Hire, train, and schedule front and back of house team
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor food and labour costs to meet budget targets
• Place orders for food supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare weekly reports on sales and operational metrics
• Coordinate private events and large group reservations
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
