Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly / 20-30 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Part-time

Job Duties

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
• Perform light housekeeping duties in client homes
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
• Administer medications as directed by care plan
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behaviour
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate daily care records and logs
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Communicate with family members and healthcare team

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions
