Salary: $17.85 - $24.10/hr / 40-44 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Job Duties

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from work areas
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and temporary structures
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist carpenters, drywall installers, and other skilled tradespeople
• Clean and prepare construction sites for new work phases
• Remove rubble, debris, and other waste materials from job sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Assist with demolition work and site preparation activities
• Dig trenches and backfill as required for foundations and utilities

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required
