Job Description

·      Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily
restaurant and bar operations.

·      Monitor revenues, control costs and inventory, and assist
in budget planning and implementation.

·      Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff to ensure
efficient service delivery.

·      Establish and enforce operational procedures, health and
safety standards, and liquor regulations.

·      Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction.

·      Negotiate with suppliers, coordinate special events, and
oversee cash handling and administrative reporting.

Requirements

·      Secondary school diploma required.

·      At least two years of experience in the food
and beverage industry are required.

·      Previous experience as a bartender is required.

·      Previous supervisory or management experience
in a bar, restaurant or hospitality establishment is required. 

·      Knowledge of provincial liquor regulations,
health and safety requirements, customer service practices, and inventory
management.

·      Strong organizational, leadership, and customer
service skills.
·      Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in a
fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to communicate effectively in English.
