Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Temporary, Full-time

Job Duties

• Assist painters with surface preparation and cleanup
• Move ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment
• Tape, mask, and protect surfaces before painting
• Mix and prepare paint and coating materials
• Clean brushes, rollers, and spray equipment daily
• Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths
• Sand and scrape surfaces to prepare for painting
• Apply primer and base coats as directed
• Load and unload painting supplies from vehicles
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required — will train
