Who this is for:

• You read and write strong professional English and communicate fluently in Spanish; additional languages are welcomed.
• You notice missing dates, conflicting answers and unclear instructions before they become file problems.
• You can research, summarize and ask a precise question after trying reasonable solutions.
• No immigration experience is required; administrative, legal, education or client-service experience is an asset.

What you will own:

• Organize documents, maintain checklists and prepare accurate forms and draft correspondence.
• Follow up for missing information, update internal records and keep assigned tasks moving.
• Research current IRCC requirements and flag inconsistencies or risks for the processor or RCIC.
• Support temporary-residence and other files while learning LSF quality-control standards.

Your first 90 days:

• Days 1-30: systems, checklists, document review and guided file support.
• Days 31-60: prepare defined components and simpler temporary matters with close review.
• Days 61-90: own an assigned workflow under a clear quality, output and deadline scorecard.

How success is measured:

• Accurate work completed on time, declining rework and dependable follow-up.
• Tasks and files moved to the next completed milestone
• not busywork or partially started items.
• Learning speed, ownership, professional communication and sound use of technology under review.
