Zachary Weeks is seeking a compassionate, dependable home support worker to provide personal care, companionship and household assistance in a private Edmonton residence. The successful applicant will support daily living activities while respecting the client’s dignity, privacy, safety and independence.

Position: Home Support Worker (NOC 44101)

Terms: Permanent, full-time, live-out

Schedule: Day

Hours: 44 hours per week

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Start date: As soon as possible

Work location: On site in the employer’s private residence in Edmonton, Alberta. There is no option to work remotely and no live-in accommodation requirement.

Duties:

• Care for pets

• Administer bedside and personal care

• Administer medications

• Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

• Assist with regular exercise, such as walking

• Feed or assist with feeding

• Launder clothing and household linens

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

• Provide companionship

• Provide personal care

• Shop for food and household supplies

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

• Cook
