Certified Dental Assistant Full Time

Fairmont Dentistry in Vancouver BC is looking for Certified Dental Assistant.

Job position: Certified Dental Assistant, Permanent, Full time position

Location: 750 West Broadway suite #1008 Vancouver, BC V5Z 1H9

Wage and working hours: $37~$38 per hour, 32~36 hours per week

Benefit: Dental plan after 6 months

Start date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare and educate patients for dental examinations and explain the process

-Maintain supplies and sanitize equipment

-Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment

-Take patient’s X-rays and update on patient’s database

-Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant

-Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts

-Perform clerical duties related such as schedule patient appointments, record dental procedures

Job Requirements:

-Eight-month to one-year college or other program in dental assistance or related

-Registration with a regulatory body in BC

-2 years relate experience

-Able to communicate in English
