Job Duties

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand and machine
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces and floors
• Sort and stack clean dishes for kitchen use
• Empty garbage bins and recycling containers
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed
• Maintain dishwashing area in clean and orderly condition
• Receive and put away food deliveries
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with end-of-shift cleaning duties

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: No experience required — will train

Work Conditions

• Standing for extended periods
• Wet and hot environment
• Evening and weekend shifts
