Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand and machine
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces and floors
- Sort and stack clean dishes for kitchen use
- Empty garbage bins and recycling containers
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed
- Maintain dishwashing area in clean and orderly condition
- Receive and put away food deliveries
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with end-of-shift cleaning duties
Requirements

Experience: No experience required — will train
Work Conditions
- Standing for extended periods
- Wet and hot environment
