Job Duties

• Préparer et cuisiner les plats du menu selon les recettes
• Maintain quality and consistency of all dishes served
• Order and receive food supplies from vendors
• Train and supervise kitchen staff during service
• Ensure compliance with Quebec food safety regulations
• Prepare mise en place for daily service
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste
• Adapt menus based on seasonal availability
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Coordinate with management on special events and banquets

Requirements

Languages: Bilingual (English/French)

Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
