Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to cleaning staff
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety
• Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory levels
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain records of inspections and staff attendance
• Coordinate with property managers on special cleaning requests

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions

• Supervisory responsibility
• Evening and weekend shifts possible
• Travel between sites required
