Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly / 35-40 hours per week

Job Duties

• Maintain building cleanliness including common areas and lobbies
• Perform minor building repairs and maintenance
• Shovel snow and salt walkways in winter months
• Mow lawns and maintain grounds in summer
• Replace light bulbs and fix minor plumbing issues
• Monitor building security and lock doors at night
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs
• Maintain heating and cooling systems
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly

Requirements

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Conditions
