• You can independently manage matters within your competence and know when to refer, collaborate, or decline.
• You communicate professionally in English and fluently in Spanish, and want to build systems, trusted referrals and a durable book of business.

What you will own:

• Advise and represent clients in agreed practice areas with strong ethical, confidentiality and file-management standards.
• Develop service workflows, precedents, pricing inputs and quality controls for the legal practice.
• Collaborate with LSF's immigration team while maintaining clear professional roles and, subject to confirmed eligibility, supervise Linda's required law-related practicum.

How success is measured:

• Sound legal work, timely file movement, clear client communication and strong professional judgment.
• Compliant supervision, meaningful skill development, responsible referral growth and repeatable systems -never growth at the expense of ethics.
