Food Service Supervisor Full Time

We are looking for full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Job Position and work condition: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent

Wage Rate: $22.00 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week

Job Location: 8286 Sherbrooke Street Vancouver, BC V5X 4R6

Start date: as soon as possible

Main Duties:

– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food and drink

– Ensure that food and service meet quality and control standards

– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage

– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

– Estimates and orders ingredients and supplies required for food, drink and meal preparation

– Schedule and check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity

– Establish work schedules

Qualifications:

– 1 years of work experience in food preparation or service

– High School graduation or higher

– Able to communicate in English
