Cook Full Time

Green Leaf Vietnamese Bistro Ltd is looking for an experienced cooks to fill our vacancies in Victoria (BC), starting as soon as possible. Candidate must have at least one year of experience in the same role, preferably in Vietnamese cuisine. Job duties include:

·         Prepare and cook complete Vietnamese authentic dishes for customers,

·         Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,

·         Determine the size of food portions and costs,

·         Inspect kitchens and food service areas,

·         Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,

·         Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,

·         Clean kitchen and work areas,

·         Manage kitchen operations.
