Restaurant Assistant Manager (Papa’s Box) Full Time

Papa’s Box is looking for a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to join the team as soon as possible. If this ad is up, we are still hiring.

JOB DETAILS
Location: 9855 Austin Rd #231, Burnaby, BC V3J 1N4
Hourly Rate: $27.69 – $30.00 per hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time (30 – 40 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Setting: Restaurant
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience

JOB DUTIES
• Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to maximize restaurant profitability
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure service standards
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary items
• Balance cash, complete financial reports, and reconcile accounts
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
