Hourly rate: $25.00 to $37.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 to 40 hours / week)
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to maximize restaurant profitability.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure service standards.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
• Maintain and organize stock inventory
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
• Balance cash, complete financial reports, and reconcile accounts.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
