Restaurant Manager Full Time

We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking a Competent Restaurant Manager.

Working (Business) Location: #5-1594 Fairfield Rd, Victoria, BC V8S 1G1

Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)

Wage: $36.70 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Plan and organize the daily activities at the restaurant, kitchen, bar and hall

– Resolve issues such as customer complaints

– Make sure health and safety regulations are followed

– Determine type of services to be offered

– Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance

– Control inventory and modify or set prices

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering or events

Requirement:

– 3 year of work experience in food service sector including supervisory experience

– Completion of secondary school

– Able to communicate in English.
