Restaurant General Manager Full Time

Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ located is currently seeking a qualified Restaurant General Manager.

Position: Restaurant General Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)

Compensation (wage):  $46.50 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirement:

-Min 3 years of related work experience in this field

-Completion of Bachelor degree

-English ability (able to communicate)

Main Job Duties:

Preparing and managing operation and budget and develop and implement policies
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
Co-ordinate the work of divisions
Establish budget and administrative controls
Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Select managers other executive staff and create optimum working condition
