Position: Restaurant Manager
Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30 hours a week)
Wage: $37.00/hour
Main Duties:
– Plan and organize the operations of a hall and kitchen or other food service
– Analyze operating cost and plan it efficiently
– Determine type of services to be offered
– Responsible for staff training
– Manage staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
– Make sure arrangements with suppliers are in good position
– Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, operational procedures or cost whenever necessary
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
Requirements:
– Min 3 years of experience in food service with some supervisory experience
– High school diploma or higher
– Able to work in evening and Weekends
– Able to communicate in English
– Has good time management and supervising skills
