Sushi Mura Oak Restaurant Ltd. dba Sushi Mura Entertainment is looking for full-time permanent COOKs to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details
Location: 6485 Oak Street Vancouver, BC V6M 2W7
Wage: $19.00 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 3
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Work settings: Restaurant
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Determine size of food portions and costs
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
