Restaurant Manager Full Time

Pho Goodness Vietnamese Restaurant is currently looking for 2 permanent positions as Restaurant Manager to manage the Restaurant.

The main duties are:

·         Evaluate daily operations

·         Monitor staff performance

·         Plan and organize daily operations

·         Recruit staff

·         Set staff work schedules

·         Supervise staff

·         Train staff

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Provide customer service

·         Manage events

Requirements:

·         Dependability

·         Efficient interpersonal skills

·         Excellent oral communication

·         Organized

Working schedule:

Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience: 1-2 years in the same position and at least 3 years in the same setting

Language at work: English

Wage: $37-$39/hour and 40 hours/week
