Café Manager Full Time

We, Paris Baguette – Beacon Hill in Calgary are looking for Café Manager to join our team

Position: Café Manager, Full time, Permanent

Location: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111 Calgary, AB T3R 0A1

Wage Rate and working hours: $39~$41 per hour and 30 Hours per week

Duties

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Plan and control budget and inventory

– Develop and analyze budget to determine cost of ingredients and supplies and maintain the restaurant’s profits

– Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

– Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

– Monitor staff performance and Recruit staff

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

– Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

– Manage events

Qualifications:

– 3 years of work experience in food service sector with some supervisory experience

– Able to communicate in English

– Available to work in evening and weekends

– Completion of secondary graduation or higher
