Job Position: Restaurant Manager

Working time and hours: Permanent, Full-time, 30 hours a week

Wage: $36.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily operations

Set staff work schedules

Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and monitor staff performance

Determine type of services to be offered

Control, organize and maintain inventory

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

Manage events

Requirement:

– 3 years of work experience in food service sector with some supervisory experience

– Secondary Education

– Able to communicate in English
