Fox Creek Developments 2011 Ltd. dba Fox Creek Esso is looking for a full time permanent RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR to join the team as soon as possible.

Hourly rate: $20.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 hours / week)

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Assign store workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
• Resolve issues in case of customer complaints or supply shortages
