District Eleven in Vancouver BC is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor

Restaurant name : District Eleven

Job Position : Food Service Supervisor, Permanent, Full-Time Position

Wage and hours of work :          $22 per hour and 30 ~ 40 hours per week

Starting Date : As soon as possible

Job location : 4063 Main street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3P5

Job Duties:

– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who deal with food materials or ingredients

– Train staff in job duties and sanitation procedures

– Ensure food, food ingredients and service meet quality control or standards

– Establish work schedules

– Maintain records of stock, inventory, repairs, sales and wastage

– Estimate amount of ingredient and order ingredients and supplies

Job requirement:

– 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service

– Secondary graduation

– Able to communicate in English
