Hourly rate: $24.00 to $36.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Work Setting: Hotel

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook full meals and individual dishes

• Follow special instructions for food allergies or dietary needs

• Supervise and assist kitchen staff

• Train staff on food prep, cooking, and safety procedures

• Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety

• Maintain inventory and keep records of food and supplies

• Clean kitchen and work areas as needed
