Wage: $28.00 to $37.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies to ensure operational consistency and compliance
• Oversee and coordinate daily tasks of employees, develop work schedules, and evaluate performance as needed to maintain high standards of productivity
• Establish effective work procedures to meet scheduling demands and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other departments
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Propose personnel decisions including recruitment, promotions, and other staffing changes to support organizational goals.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
