Assistant Restaurant Manager Full Time

Shiki Restaurant Inc. is currently looking for 1 permanent position as Assistant Restaurant Manager to cover for the Manager for our restaurant.

The main duties are:

·         Plan and organize daily operations

·         Set staff work schedules

·         Supervise staff

·         Train staff

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

·         Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Provide customer service

Requirements:

·         Fast-paced environment

·         Efficient interpersonal skills

·         Excellent oral communication

·         Flexibility

Working schedule:

Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.

Education: College Diploma or higher

Experience:  1-2 years in the same setting and at least 1 year in the same position

Language at work: English

Wage: $22-24 per hour and 33-40 hours/week
