Domestic Housekeeper Full Time

DOMESTIC HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR A SPECIAL NEEDS PERSON

Full-time domestic housekeeper required for a special needs person living in Ottawa

Salary will be $19/hr (30hrs/week)

Must be able to start immediately

Number of vacancies: 1

Required skills:

·      Completion of high school

·      At least one to two year full-time work experience as a housekeeper in a private home setting

·      Must have basic knowledge of English

·      Must undergo criminal record check

Duties will include:

§  Sweep, mop and wash floors

§  Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

§  Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries in bathrooms

§  Stock linen closets and other supplies’ areas

§  Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

§  Pick up debris and empty trash containers

§  Wash windows and walls
