We, Paris Baguette – Beacon Hill in Calgary are looking for head chef to join our team
Position: Head Chef, Full time, Permanent
Location: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111 Calgary, AB T3R 0A1
Wage Rate and working hours: $36~$37 per hour and 30 Hours per week
Duties
– Plan and direct food preparation and baking and cooking activities
– Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
– Supervise activities of chefs, bakers and cooks
– Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
– Prepare and complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular basis, or for special guests or functions
– Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
– Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions or events
Qualifications:
– 3 years of experience in commercial baking or food preparation
– Able to communicate in English
– Available to work in evening and weekends
– Completion of secondary graduation or higher
