Job Description
FULL TIME ETHNIC COOK – JAPANESE & THAI CUISINE, SUSHI AND TEPPANYAKI
• Must be able to cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Japanese and Asian cuisine, Sushi preparation from scratch
• Portion and control quality of food/items being served
• Assist in overall kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May set up and oversee buffets/caterings
• Clean kitchen and work areas
Required languages: English
Education level: High School Diploma
Required skills: Sushi preparation, Teppanyaki cooking, Japanese and Thai cuisine
Additional skills / Assets: Mature disposition, reliability
