Job Position: Head Chef, Permanent position
Wage and working hours: $36 per hour and 30~35 hrs per week (full time)
Start date: as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
– Plan food preparation, menus and ensure food meets quality standards
– Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
– Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs
– Supervise activities of kitchen staff
– Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
– Consult with clients about events and specialty functions
Job Requirement:
-3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation with some supervisory experience
-Able to communicate in English
-Secondary Education
