Carbolyn Investments Ltd. dba Esso Reddi Mart is looking for full-time permanent RETAIL STORE SUPERVISORs to join the team as soon as possible.

Location: 10001-80 Street, Peace River, Alberta T8S 1R2
Hourly rate: $20.00-$36.00/ hour (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 – 44 hours / week)
Vacancies: 3
Start date: As soon as possible
Work setting: Retail store
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Preferred personal skills: Organizing skills

Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
• Assign store workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
• Resolve issues such as customer complaints or supply shortages
