TCS Breakfast on Robson Inc dba Cora Breakfast and Lunch – Robson is looking for a full time permanent FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details
Location: 1368 Robson St. Vancouver, BC V6E 1C5
Wage: $20.00 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Work settings: Restaurant
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
• Confirm that food services are meeting quality standards
• Prepare and submit cost reports with records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Schedule work shifts for employees
