We are looking for fast-faced, detail-oriented and structured individual to support in leading a team, driving sales and maintaining excellent service for our clients.
OVERVIEW
Now hiring a supervisor at Chachi’s (Brookfield Place)! We are looking for a mature team leader, full-time (32 – 40 hours), to help grow sales, promote a healthy work culture, and manage day-to-day store operations.

**Candidates must have 4 or more years of quick service restaurant food experience and at least 1 year supervisory experience within the quick restaurant service industry**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in the planning, organization, execution and evaluation of daily operations
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Balance cash and complete weekly sales report
Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs. Perform monthly inventory counts and complete inventory closing reports
Place food orders with suppliers, determine food pars and manage food preparation, quality and service excellence
Support staff development by providing both informal and formal staff reviews, coaching and creating performance improvement plans where necessary
Monitor revenues, labour and food costs and support the creation and execution of action plans to address sales growth and profitability
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Interact with suppliers for food and other supplies; interact with franchisors to address feedback on how to improve store operations
Support catering orders, including planning, preparation and execution as well as interacting with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Be able to cost products and services
Support in creating cost-effective staff work schedules and help monitor staff performance
Provide customer service excellence and encourage google reviews
Support in staff training for new hires
Manage Point-Of-Sale accuracy, including third party orders for delivery apps and ensures order accuracy and quality
Supervision: 4-6 people (depending on seasonal trends)

Hours: 32 -40 hours per week
· Pay: $18.25 per hour
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED required
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the quick service restaurant food industry
Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
