Restaurant Manager Full Time

“O Sushi” Japanese Restaurant located at 742 Granville Street. Vancouver is looking to hire an experienced full time Restaurant Manager. Details are below

Position: Restaurant Manager

Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30 hrs per week

Wage: $35~$37 per hour

Work Location: O Sushi  742 Granville Street. Vancouver, BC V6Z 1E4

Job Description:

-Plan and organize daily operations and activities

-Recruit and monitor staff performance and set staff work schedules

-Determine type of services to be offered

-Control and organize inventory

-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering

-Address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

-Manage special events

Minimum Qualification Include:

– 3 years work experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– High School Diploma

– Available on evenings and weekends

– Able to communicate in English
