Restaurant Manager Full Time

Lan Vietnamese Express is currently looking for a permanent position as Restaurant Manager to manage the Restaurant.

The main duties are:

●        Evaluate daily operations

●        Monitor staff performance

●        Plan and organize daily operations

●        Recruit staff

●        Set staff work schedules

●        Supervise staff

●        Train staff

●        Organize and maintain inventory

●        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

●        Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

●        Participate in marketing plans and implementation

●        Address customers’ complaints or concerns

●        Provide customer service

●        Manage events

Requirements:

●        Dependability

●        Efficient interpersonal skills

●        Excellent oral communication

●        Organized

Working schedule:

Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience: 1-2 years in the same position and at least 3 years in the professional setting

Language at work: English

Wage: $29/hour and 40 hours/week
