Location: 5100 Lakeview Rd., Boyle, AB T0A 0M0
Hourly Rate: $24.00 to $37.00 per hour (Wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Setting: Retail store
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in retail sales is required

Job Duties
• Keep records of expenditures, sales figures, and employee performance
• Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
• Order merchandise as needed
• Hire and train or arrange training for staff
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Assign store workers to duties
• Establish work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and process returns of merchandise
• Resolve issues related to customer complaints or supply shortages
