Wage: $23.00 to $35.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in commercial food preparation.

Job Duties
• Present new cooking methods and equipment to the kitchen staff
• Develop original and creative recipes to enhance the menu offerings
• Guide kitchen staff on food prep, cooking techniques, plating, and final presentation to
ensure high-quality dishes
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Handle preparation and cooking of meals and signature dishes.
• Order food and kitchen supplies
• Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers, to ensure timely service
• Train new and existing staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
standards
