Job Details
Location: Unit FC05, 1-Londonderry Mall NW, Edmonton, AB T5C 3C8
Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 44 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
• Evaluate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
• Ensure food services meeting quality standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit cost reports
• Supervise and check assembly of food orders
• Schedule work shifts for employees
