Sushi Mura Oak Restaurant Ltd. dba Sushi Mura Entertainment is looking for full-time permanent FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORs to join the team as soon as possible.

Location: 6485 Oak Street Vancouver, BC V6M 2W7
Wage: $20.00 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Work settings: Restaurant
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
• Ensure food services meeting quality standards
• Evaluate the ingredients and supplies required for preparing meals
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit cost reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food orders
• Schedule work shifts for employees
