Sushi 1.99 To Go Enterprises Ltd. dba Kimbab Cheonguk is looking for a full-time permanent RESTAURANT MANAGER to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details
Location: A-341 North Road, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3K 3V8
Wage: $26.71 to $40.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Oversee and evaluate staff performance.
• Schedule and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Coordinate and oversee inventory management
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Deliver customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Develop a staff work schedule and implement training for personnel
