Job Position : Administrative Officer, Permanent, Full-Time Position

Offering Wage and hours of work : $35 per hour and 30 ~ 40 hours per week

Starting Date : As soon as possible

Work location : #104-84 North Bend St, Coquitlam, British Columbia, V3K 6H1

Job Duties:

·         Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures

·         Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

·         Carry out administrative activities of establishment

·         Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests

·         Oversee, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

·         Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

·         Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

·         Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

·         Resolve conflict situations

Job requirement:

– Completion of college diploma

– 2 years of work experience related to office administration

– Able to communicate in English

– Able to use office program such as word, excel, etc
